DZ | LZ is for adults 18 and older who are navigating grief — whether the loss happened recently or many years ago. You're welcome whether you're grieving directly or supporting someone who is.
No. We are a community-based support center offering connection, activities, and educational resources. We are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment or medical care. We're building toward a future online therapy offering, and we're glad to share warm referrals through our partner network.
