Founder Story Video — Coming Soon
Dagmar will soon share the personal story behind DZ | LZ and why this center was created.
Our founder knows the silence that follows loss. With a degree in macro social work and years supporting international students and student parents, she set out to bridge the gap between grief, loneliness, and learning how to function again — building a community where no one has to navigate that alone.
From daily activities to a cozy coffee corner, every offering is designed to bring warmth and connection back into your days.
Recurring daily and weekly gatherings designed to ease isolation — from quiet creative time to shared conversation.
Every Monday we partner with a local animal shelter for a Pet Therapy & Adoption Hour. Gentle, joyful, and open to all members.
Facilitated peer circles where you can share as much or as little as you like, surrounded by people who understand.
Educational sessions and talks led by therapists and trusted non-profit partners on the realities of grief and well-being.
A small, cozy coffee and snack spot inside the center — a low-pressure place to simply be among others.
Delivery of basic-needs items for a small additional cost, for the days when leaving home feels like too much.
Membership opens the door to full event details, exact locations, member stories, partner talks, and members-only resources — for $50 a month, cancel anytime.
Online membership and payment access are coming soon.
Some stories are shared publicly. Member stories and private reflections live safely inside the community.
